Hybrid project

 I've never really done a hybrid project before but I do always like to see the creations of others. When Two Tiny Turtles came with this hybrid template and my sisters asked me around the same time to create a little something for my parents anniversary, I decided to connect the two.

 

The Do It Hybrid vol. 2 template by Two Tiny Turtles helps you making a cute little gift box. We're giving my parents two year tickets to the Emmen Zoo, the Netherlands. You have to go to the zoo to buy a ticket and have your photo taken that they put on the card, so we obviousely couldn't do that for them. So we had basicly nothing to give, and I needed to make a gift card/coupon/whatever fun to give. So I made a card to put in the gift box and used King Of The Pride by Trixie Scraps to make it all look pretty.

My parents anniversary is on Valentine's Day. Very romantic nowadays, but it was just an ordinairy day the 39 years ago when they got married.

I placed the box on the living room table before we had dinner in the dining room. We had great food, then went to the living room and had some tea with chocolates and other treats. It was about 9 pm when my mom finally noticed the box.
